Zoho People is Zoho's HR platform for employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, timesheets, performance reviews and an employee self-service portal. It works well for Kenyan organisations from 10 to several hundred staff.
On payroll, we want to be clear: Zoho's own Zoho Payroll product does not currently have a Kenya edition. For Kenyan payroll, covering PAYE, NSSF, SHIF and the Affordable Housing Levy, we connect Zoho People to a Kenya payroll solution built on Zoho Creator, so HR and payroll still run on one connected platform.
