• Operational ERP Metadata: When engaged under a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA), customer data imported into client-owned Zoho tenants is governed by strict non-disclosure terms. Digital Breeze acts solely as a data processor.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process information to deliver technical proposals, architect tailored Zoho solutions, provide ongoing support retainers, issue invoicing statements, and meet statutory accounting regulations in Kenya.

We never sell, lease, or broker personal or corporate contact data to third parties.
